My baby is just 2 year old and always prefer to lay down on the floor. Any suggestions why this is happening.

A. always prefer laying down in floor this is common in some babies as their demand are not listened they do that speak softly try comforting the baby maintain a behaviour chart add star and smiley as baby listen to you
