White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some condithfions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

You Should consult a skin specialist ones regarding the same because it maybe some skin related issue which is why it is so quickly spreading on the body they could be a lot of issues associated with skin when the white spots are there so please consult a skin doctor
