My baby is having this birth vaccine mark on her hand it’s becoming red and enlarged day by day. Is it okay

A. Puss is actually building inside it is looking like an infection that can usually happen any time after a BCG vaccination so it would be better for you they will be able to give u the right guidance what is needed to be done
