My baby is having swelling near testis. we have done sonography and I am attaching here report. please guide me for further process

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 week agoA. I think a course of antibiotics would be required for this plus this is an undescended testicle also on the left side that is what they have mentioned so what’s needed to be done ahead of this can be suggested by your doctor itself
