my baby is having multiple pimple (daane) on her face. what could be the reason?

It Due to heat in the body so as of now I can simply advise you to go ahead with applying Cetaphil lotion on to the face of your child whenever the rashes are apply 2 to 3 times in a day hopefully with passing time the healing is going to be much more faster
