my baby is having mild gastro what is good diet sources that she can get energy from it so that I can avoid dehydration

A. Hello mom liquids are very much important to keep them well hydrated to give water, fresh fruit juices , juicy fruits , also coconut water ,butter milk etc . you may introduce foods from various food groups one at a time
