my baby is having loose motion and he is doing potty after every feed from 1 week he is 2year old , what should I do

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its knohuwn as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managerment for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
