A. dear parents please try few exercises for babies to insitgate basic reflexis in babies. babies will latch easily and will have stronger suck.hope it helps

Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated healthy all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
