Q.

My baby is having fever from 2 days temperature always between 100- 102°C with no perspiration urine frequently and the fontanells swollen. please suggest me what to do

A. increase breast feeding n keep room well ventilated. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
