Q.

3yrs 3months old baby sudden onset of fever on and off fever temperature between 100 -102°F ,during sleeping temperature was 103°F,the baby is active and well hydrated

A. hi. please give him syp paracetomol for fever in every 4 to 6 hourly after checking temprature. also keep a watvlch on fever duration, consult your doctor once.
