my baby is having fever and his head more warmer than body what should I do?

Don’t worry it’s completely normal body temperature that is there so need not worry about it if you take it with a thermometer and if you do not say that there is fever then you do not have to worry about the temperature that’s there with hand what you feel is completely normal
