My baby is having fever 103.3 and Crocin drop is not working is so much high can I give meftal p syrup and how much dose is appropriate for 1 yr and 5 month old baby

Ibujesic plus you should give right now you should give about to ML to your child that is going to be very helpful in reducing down the fever immediately also you should do cold sponging that is also going to be beneficial because I would not recommend you to change the medicine but this one is actually the best to reduce down fever immediately
