You can go ahead with giving 3.5 ML as of now but also I would like to tell you at the same time that your child is actually having very high fever please immediately visit your nearest doctor because sometimes when the fever is high it can reach the brain and that is going to be difficult to manage so please please don’t put any further visit your doctor immediately
