my baby is having constipation from 20days she is crying while doing potty, stool is also hard please suggest

Give plenty of water and fibres tot eh child that’s going to b much much better and also h should give prune juice to the child and also h should apply some caster oil in the navel of the child and also start the day with a glass of warm water in Malaasan
