my baby is having cold and cough since last Thursday with runny nose. gave her mucolite 3 times per day for 5 days. Today suddenly she got fever..she is sleeping a lot

A. this s severe cold. Cold and cough in babies is mostly due to seasonal flu which is a viral infection it happens due to season change. Best home remedy is to give just steam inhalation to the baby which helps in the nasal blockage . If any car for fever persists then best see a doctor dnt self medicate .
