My baby is having a dry red patch on both underarms, since 2 weeks n seems to be spreading, will it be any kind of rash? What is the solution for this ?

A. If it's under both the arms and it's circular in size and dry as you mentioned then it's a ringworm and you should use any ringworm cream to stop spreading it and also wash babies cloths seperately as it's a skin disease and it spreads from one person to another.
