ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. its actually genes. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

mostly it depends on genetics
so please don't take much stress for this.
give Healthy diet to your child .
keep your child well hydrated
do oiling with pure coconut oil everyday
use gentle shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair
