my baby is grunting very much but she is not constipated she grunts while peeing n most of the time is it normal??

Yes it is completely normal Ente current situation I don’t see anything for you to be worried in this all the things are completely fine but yet if you feel that as much of a trouble or something then you can always take an advice with your paediatrician all that
