Q.
My baby is going to turn 4 months in a week.Can I start feeding ragi to him ? Did anyone feed so ? pls share your experience..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, do not start sooids early.. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby 2-3 hourly and on demand. take care..!
