my baby is going to be 6 months now aftr 3 days so can i introduce cow milk, salt and sugar in food?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, don't give all above mentioned. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.

Can introduce cows milk to the child after the age of 54 weeks salt can be introduced to the child sugar you can avoid for sometime you can introduce sugar after the age of 8 to 9 months where in Dr say that you should not introduce it up till the age of one year but in general you can it’s not an issue
