My baby is getting fever day after day... Running nose is not getting stopped though we are using syrups. Moreover we observed he is getting cough too.. please suggest cough syrup. Please help

Cold most of the time is a  viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine  which should be used once a proper evaluatiogn by the doctor is dotne and  according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any  fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours  if required .

keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water Every hoir when she's awake

use simply purified water having tds higher than 350

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
