Hi there, in my experience the little one gets bored with one kind of food and hence experiment with the food within limits is important for them to keep them excited about it. Like adding some colorful vegetables in certain form. Like broccoli, carrot, beet etc. I have been adding few of them with Khichdi to enhance the taste. Also try to give finger foods like fruits and boiled veggies or soup in between the breakfast, lunch and dinner as they don’t take a lot of food together

Sometimes in a child starts to have a tea that an of a lead to loss of appetite so that could be one reason secondly as I know the doctors don’t advise you to add spices and salt and so of any kind of spice into the food so that makes it very blunt so looking at that also sometimes get loose on to their appetite because I do not want to eat that kind of food so if it is okay with you just try and give all the necessary spices to the child in the food that you are offering and see if that helps
