the urine output should be more more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

There Could be various reasons behind the crying of your child it is not necessarily always due to hunger that you may see that the time is crying sometimes it could be due to stomach or quality which sometimes you can get confused with hunger and sometimes it could be a reason that your child may be having its teeth which is why your are Child is crying most of the times dream feeding is working with you you can go ahead with that but do check the gums of your child I believe your child will be getting its teeth which is why your child is too cranky most of the times
