Q.
my baby is for almost 7 months but her is only 5.75 kg and her birth weight was 2.73. I m so worried about her weight .

Even asked for the birthdate of the time the current weight seems quite less to me a little bit less for sure so you will just have to cross check with your doctor if they can help you with some supplement and along with that also I would advise you to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child
