if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
please give easily digestible food like warm salt water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet
