my baby is doing 7 to 8 time green poop in liquid form .... what is the reason behind this?

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies antd mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula gfgmilk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucgous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
