Infantile Colic and gases trouble is very common during the first year of life only mother milk should be given till 6 month of age and proper burping should be given after the feeding . Gastica drop can also be tried 1 ml 2 to 3 times in a day for the gases trouble

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Gripe water is not recommended for babies younger than 6 month. The digestive tract is sensitive and still developing at this age. Most pediatricians will advise parents to try other methods of soothing a colicky baby before giving them gripe water.
