my baby is crying to have milk when she woke.. but she having in sleeping mode help me plz

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasgtons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
