My baby is continuously sucking her all fingers she vomits sometimes due to this habit can I use either soother or pacifier to make her calm

A. Teether Can be given to the child and other two things cannot be given to the child it is a complete no-no pacifiers are like the biggest kind of a thing as per doctors they have their own side effects it is not recommended to be given to the
