my baby is completing 4 months in 2 days, today she have 4 stools from morning till now, why it's happening let me knw the reasons & what should I do suggest ?

A. due to infection v It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
