NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a concern and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and this will help in the growth of a child and they can also include dry fruits powder with fruits and vegetables well in the diet
