My baby is born on July 1st .He is a preterm baby.How much weight will the preterm babies gain per week?

In the initial cases the doctors usually advise you to give formula feeding to the child for a healthy weight gain so it should be somewhere around 60 to 70 g in a week to begin with for a normal site it is hundred grams 250 g it is 60 to 70 g also to begin with it is a good weekend
