Q.

my baby is born in 31 weeks, his birth weight is 1.8kg. I am giving him dexolac special care which is for pre term. now he is 2 month 17 days old and now his weight is 4 kg, so I switched to dexolac 1 which is upto 6 months, I gave this for 4 days but it doesn't adjust him because he starts lot of spit ups and vomiting in each feed. so I stopped dexolac 1 and again started giving dexolac special care for pre term baby. can I continue this for 6 months?

A. Yes you can because whatever suits the child is more important if your child is comfortable with the milk that you are giving and no problem is there with the digestion then you should definitely continue with the same milk only for initial six months no problem at all
