Q.

My baby is always gassy at 1 year and now since 2 weeks she is constipated as well. I am trying to give good fruits to easy her constipation however nothing working. at times she cries while pooping. I am applying hing as well for gas issue. pls suggest.

A. Start art giving saunf ka paani a couple of times in a day to relieve gas abd give pear papaya prune juice abd include leafy vegetables in diet and add desi ghee to meals
