Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. babies 2 months of age and is ruling saliva so baby is drooling of saliva then it is a sign of teeth eruption just give vitamin d3 1 ml daily till one year of age for strong bones and teeth
