Q.
My baby is almost 8 months now But she still has trouble swallowing semi-solid food. Is this normal? Any tips that can help her progress to eat solid food?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you have to make sure the baby is sitting in upright position when he is fed with solids . As they will slowly progress to solids you can check his gums if they are getting hard enough give him juicy and soft finger foods
