my baby is almost 4 month.. stil he didn't poop for 4 days.. can i give water or can anyone tell any medicine?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this type of constipation common in small babies nothing to worry Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
