Q.
My baby is about to be 2 years but he don't prefer or say don't like eating solid food....what can I do to start his liking for food instead of milk.... because of this he constantly wakes up at night also and only sleeps after drinking milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom one of the best treatments for it is to bascially just limit his milk intake as his excess milk consumption is killing his hunger only once that is done , rest falls into place.

SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. Have a good gap between meals and milk snacks. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given use colorful plates mugs bowls from babyhug
