my baby is about 19 months old which formula milk should I try with cearals and food

Now your baby is 19 months old and if you want then you can start giving outside milk to your baby. After baby turns one year old it is totally safe to start giving outside milk. Then you should continue with meals and you can start giving cows milk to your baby.
