Q.
my baby is 9 months old. Now I am thinking to introduce milk. which milk shall I give ?? cow milk or normal milk. we have option of Amul shakti, taja, cow milk and cow A2 milk. which milk shall I give ??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it cadn be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child.
initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then graduallxy you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving .
