my baby girl is 9 month old can I introduce cow milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no dear, wait till 1 yr. it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet and keep hydrated. Continue with breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
