take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and give sunbath every morning

It Maybe due to excessive heat in the body so I’m just going to advise you simply to use calamine lotion regularly into this area I’m sure it is going to be much better that way to go ahead with so regularly means two times or three times in a day as per your convenience
