My baby is 9 months old 10kgs weight he had vomited 2-3 times in the early morning and his stomach made growling sound while vomit , and he was irritated through out the night gave him colic aid and relux is it safe? And why this happened

A. dear mum, vomiting might have happened due to indigestion or a stomach infection. do not give any medicine on your own if vomiting persists. you should consult your baby's doctor and get your baby checked.
