Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. 19 month old baby in can start giving all kind of multigrain cereal and dairy product should be included in the diet along with high fibres and plenty of liquid diet should be balanced

You Introduce chicken and fish to your child as of now you can give egg yellow to your child also you can give a little bit of roti and Paratha to your child as of now this is quite an age for you to introduce most of the things to the child so go ahead with that and other things which ever you been giving since the beginning just continue with the same only
