my baby is 9 month old .can I give her dry fruits like almond powder with mik?

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good evening be very careful in using nuts for the babies as the kids are considered allergic to the nuts when introduce before one year of the age it is allowed to use them after 12 months

abinayavMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. Yes , you can give. Please try to make it at home. And also note that if you are introducing any new food for the first time to your baby,then feed only 1-3 tsp of it in the morning.Doing this helps you to better understand whether your child is able to digest the food, ruling out the allergic reactions, and also you give time to your child's tummy to adjust new food. You can refer to My Little Moppet blog or their instagram page for such topics.. It's really helpful..
