Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes you can give moong dal and rice to your baby if baby is able to chew. Else you can make Khichdi and give with curd. That will also make a good meal for your baby.
