my baby is 80 days old...he is struggling to pass urine nd poop...what should I eat and feed ??

A. Hi mom Apply pressure while passing out urine and potty is normal in babies. Apply oil on the potty area for easy passing of stool. Do cycling exercise of legs and lift the legs and gently press across the tummy for bowel movement.
