my baby is 8 months old and he has a white spots on face and red spots also. please advise on priority please refer to the attached screenshot for white and red spots

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity thezn you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limitingz) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
