Q.
My baby is 8 months and he poops every time he eats. Any solution.? His weight is also very low

No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 4-5 days or 8-10 times
per day- both conditions normal.

Give adequate water
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals porridge khichadi curd rice porridge eggs etc
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
