Q.

my baby is 8 month old. can i feed him bolied vegetables like Spinach, kaddu, lockey and paneer?

A. yes, definitely you can give all mention veggies n paneer. introduce them to a small bite of paneer and gauge their reaction to it. make sure to cook it well.
